« We called down to front desk around 7am to request house keeping for sheets and towels. The gal said ok and took our room number. When we arrived back to the room 12 hours later, nothing had been touched! We spoke to the employee on duty at the front desk and she had several excuses and wasn't apologetic. She said in order for us to get fresh towels, we'd have to bring down the dirty ones. Bedding wasn't even mentioned. Back to the room we go and gather up towels and pillow cases. She...
