"Room and bed had hair from previous occupants. Sink drain was completely plugged and no maintenance person available to fix. We were given another room but the shower drain was plugged. Showering in ankle deep water, not pleasant. Stay away from this neglected hotel."

"We were greeted right away at check in and given all information about the property. They served hot breakfast and changed the menu daily! Always enough for all guests. The rooms were comfortable and very clean! Easy parking. Convenient access to the interstate yet quiet. We would stay again! "

"The room was clean, but there was an awful smell in it. I couldn’t get rid of it no matter what I sprayed. Also, this is the most disappointing part. I passed over several other nice hotels with breakfasts to go to Candlewood because I know the Candlewood I have stayed at before had an absolutely unreal breakfast and I got ready to go to breakfast and there wasn’t one. I did a complete search filter and make sure that there would be a breakfast and when I did a search filter for pet friendly, and breakfast included this is one that came up and this is what I chose, but there wasn’t one. Absolutely devastated because their little Candlewood pantry where things were priced three times more than what you would find in the store right across the road, which is where I went, did not suffice. Staff was friendly, the front desk man was on his phone all of the time. "
