"I was really pleased with our choice of Le Chamois D’Or. It is ideally located near the bottom of the magic carpet and Pioneers chair lift and really is ski in/out. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. We even had a balcony overlooking the piste. "This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. "The apartment is OK for a couple but is tired and outdated. Only the living room heater works. The bathroom and bedroom heaters didn't work and it was very cold after having a shower. There was also a non-working smoke alarm in a drawer. The bed was comfortable and the location near the slopes and ski bus stop was excellent. There are three restaurants nearby and the two next to the slopes were far better than the Google reviews gave them credit for. However, it's a good 20 minute walk to get to...

Noisy some nights due to the fast food outlet directly below but friends were very jealous of the apartment when compared to their similar price properties further away. Great host, just remember to take your own bedding or pay for it in advance."

"Great apartment which easily accommodated seven friends. Good sized rooms and communal area with large dinning table. Good kitchen facilities including dishwasher and three toilet/shower rooms. Great location for the bars and restaurants and access to the slopes, it is possible to ski back to the front of the apartment block. Lifts to the block are very busy and often had to wait. Detailed check in details aren't provided until the arrival day but once received were clear and straight forward....

"We had a small party of 7 Road cyclists and loved our stay. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and WCs with ample storage for all of the bikes and equipment. The owner responded quickly to all communications and was extremely helpful and accommodating. This is a perfect location for road cycling as long as you like endless tough climbs on the doorstep."

"Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier."
