Ground floor : Entrance with wall-mounted coat rack and cupboard containing: vacuum cleaner, brooms, ironing board, iron, bucket, basins, cleaning products, clothes line, Separate WC with window, Shower room with window (shower, sink, washing machine, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel), Towels and bath towels are provided Living room / lounge opening onto the balcony with small garden furniture and parasol, view of the hamlet and its flower-filled surroundings, the living / dining room consists of: a table and chairs that can accommodate 6 people, a buffet, a sofa 3 non-convertible seats, a coffee table, a television, Books (novels) and documentation on the region are at your disposal. We are 5 km from the motorway while being in the heart of unspoiled nature: Grenoble and Chambéry are 35 km away, the nearest shops are 4 km away (Goncelin and Saint Pierre d'Allevard), 1 km away you have a small fishing lake with games for children, tennis, small restaurant, The spa town of Allevard-Les-Bains (rheumatology, respiratory tract, fibromyalgia) is 8 km away with cinema (2 rooms), swimming pool, tennis and small swimming lake (La Mirande).
