"Good around hotel. "

"I stayed here last night 4/7/26… first, I was double charged for the room. Manager says it should be back in my card in a few days… we’ll see. At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before. He told me I could change rooms if i wanted to… well I was not going to stay in a dark room so I had to pack up ALL of my things and move to a different room. The room that we were in had no toilet paper, I called down, and they said that there was only one staff there, so I had to come and get it myself. The room we were moved to also had flickering lights. Seems to just be a building electrical issue. Room was decent. Aside from those things and whomever stayed on the fourth floor above me stomping around. Pool was great. Breakfast was great."

"Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it. The mini fridge was not "cold", I noticed the back wall was cracked and there was ice buildup coming through the break itself. The worker at check-in said that there was someone working to restore the TV services, but at check-out we were told they were updating the system entirely. The TV remote did not work the television itself, we had to turn it on and off by the button on the device."

"Hotel was good, I went the weekend of Easter and they had it really nice decorated for Easter. Our room was very clean and the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a plus. Definitely recommend it. "

"Warm indoor pool. Nice exercise room. Excellent hot breakfast too. King bed room was spacious and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very happy...no complaints."

"Positive: staff at check in and check out were both very polite. Negative: Hallways smelled like weed and burning plastic. The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom had a hole in it. I have never felt that unsafe in a hotel before. "

"Room was okay. The water pressure in the toilet was awful though. Sometimes it took 2 flushes just to get toilet paper down. We were still in our room when housekeeping wanted to come in the morning so garbage and towels werent done. My husband went to the front desk to ask for some new towels later in the evening and he said the lady seemed annoyed that he asked. The housekeeper who brought them was friendly though. Breakfast was also okay. They did keep everything stocked. I would've liked to see a bigger variety but understand it was continental. Its a longer walk to splash lagoon. I wouldnt stay there again unless the other 2 connecting hotels were fully booked."
