We asked for clean towel 3 times and did not receive them. Also, stayed for 3 days, but was unable to get room cleaned and beds made.

My dog spilled water on the floor and when I went to wipe it up, the towel turned black. When I took alcohol to the door knobs and tv clicker -similar issue. When I complained they did hand me a clean mop and disinfectant and said they had a new person and would address the problem. But I had to clean my own room at 10pm...Otherwise nice neighborhood and room was quiet.

Overall, the property was OK but I must admit it is very loud such as lawnmowers being turned on at 6 or 7 AM and you can hear a lot of traffic. That is the only down falls but other then that it’s ok place for the price.

Room is clean, but bath towels are kinda old and don’t look so clean. I believe is old stains that is very hard to remove. But over all is decent for the price you pay. The surrounding neighborhoods are quite enough, feel safe.

I love this property but it would be nice if someone would pick up all the dog doo doo in the grass in the parking lot. Its overloaded & unsanitary. Maybe installing a garbage can with free doo doo bags would help. Ive seen that at other motels.

Don’t stay here unless u like roaches. U get what u pay for. And by the way u can’t take a bath at this complex either. Only showers and if you’re disabled they will charge u an extra $50 to switch to a disabled room because of your disability which I believe is illegal. How r u gunna charge someone for having a disability?

The place was really nice and accessible and staff was great in changing our request. But the second room we moved was still smelling with remnants of cigarette smoke though it is supppsed to be a non smoking room masked with air freshener. We were just so tired to move again so we just slept (got a headache the following day). Otherwise, will still come back and will make sure it is a completely non smoking room previously.

One of the best in Sac
There are only two hotels I prefer to stay at and truly like and this motel 6 is one of them. This hotel ranks high on all aspects.This trip I stayed in two rooms and they both were spotless, the bed was new and so comfortable, there was a fridge and microwave that helped a lot. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was amazing I'm customer service she was so accommodating and pleasant about doing it. By far when I need a room again in the future I'll be coming to thos motel 6

Front desk service is great, area too quiet kind like scary it’s far from large street, good thing is they have the fence cover around …. It look safety! Parking front of your room, my room is single bed, no refrigerator, room and shower room is clean, but on the wooden floor it’s too much stain being bleached and become white spots ….. , some of the area on floor it’s sodas stained not yet cleaned, room not bad no bad smell, still ok to stay in, $86 per night, I just driving too tired, stopped by check in stay one night only! So, I just need a decent room to sleep, next day I got a long driving !

Happy to have found the motel.
My wife and I have stayed here 3 times. We need to be in Sacramento periodically for medical care. The price is great- under $70 per night. There is a microwave and refrigerator which helps keep our food costs down. The TV is also great. The picture is sharp, the sound is very good. The channel selection was surprising. There was a bunch of premium channels as well as regular TV.
