  • A bright ground-floor studio across from the Ice Blocks, three city blocks of retail, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks are minutes on foot, and you're close to the Golden 1 Center, DOCO, the State Capitol, Old Sacramento, and the Railroad Museum. The airport is a 20-minute drive.

    Inside it's quiet and simple: a queen bed, plenty of seating, fast wifi, and everything you need to cook and do laundry in the unit. Ideal for a solo traveler or couple.

Please turn off the fans and the mini-split, and close and lock the windows before you go. If you check out early, let us know so we can start preparing for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please keep noise down out of respect for neighboring residents.
No smoking of any kind, no candles, and no BBQ or portable grills anywhere on the property.
Exterior cameras monitor the entry for security. Tampering with them means immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
