"Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat. "

"My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. There are not many places you can find that are located on pretty much level ground and on a quiet cove. We will definitely be returning any time the condo is available when we go down to visit our son and daughter-in-law."

"We visited Sevierville for a weekend event at the convention center. The previous visit we stayed at the main lodge at the Wildnerness of the Smokies. The main lodge has invested heavily in their common areas which are great, but that lodge has very dated hotel rooms that are much in need of an upgrade. "This property is in the same parking lot as Wilderness in the Smokies. It's just a short walk or shuttle bus to get to the main lodge. Our room was amazing with plenty of room for 8 / 4 adults and 4 teenagers. King/ 2 queens and a very comfortable pullout couch. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking equipment.
