"We checked in late and were really hungry. We just missed the kitchen at the hotel bar. Mark was super friendly and helpful. He gave us some warm yummy cookies and gave a great recommendation for a pub down the road that had a kitchen that was open late. The room was very clean and updated. We slept like babies as the bed was very comfortable. I went to use the gym in the morning and couldn’t find it right away, the staff was so attentive and helped me locate it. The gym was great and the pool looked super clean and refreshing! I would stay here again hands down. Great hotel! "

"Very cute room. Felt very cozy, comfortable, and homey. Loved the little fireplace space warmer for ambiance. Room was spotlessly clean, bed was quite comfortable. Overnight guests got complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries from the bakery. And best of all, the room was very reasonably priced! I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I am in the area. "

I had to extend my stay by one night and Hotels.com made it so difficult to add the night….there is literally no real person to talk to when an issue comes up!! The staff at the front desk were beyond helpful in dealing with the extra night. "
