"The first room had no working AC so we were moved to another room. The second room wasn’t much better but the AC worked. The jets were missing in the jetted tub. There was a roach on the ceiling. However the staff was very kind. "

"Next room had huge rock music playing until 3am. Kept us awake. We called security who got them to turn it down at midnight. After 15 minutes the booming was Bach on high. No follow up from security. I will not stay at your hotel Again."
