"I only gave this a 4 star. I have been there before when it was a 5. It is under new management and found it very strange that a resort (who charges a resort fee) was totally out of washcloths. They were kind and offered extra hand towels, but come on, Amazon is a day away for those folks who asked for one (like me)) would have been happy to just have one. So, a 4, but a fabulous place to say the least!!"

"I honestly didn’t know what to expect but this place was so great. The jacuzzi tub and fireplace gives it a real cabin feel. The staff was great and very accommodating. We had issues with the internet and the tv, the owners switched our room with no issues. Internet was still slow but I attributed it to the high winds they were having. If you are looking for a great mountain getaway, this is it!!!"
