"The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."

"We absolutely loved our stay here!! But we hated walking into a very HOT cabin. All the air was turned off while the outside was 100+. I can understand leaving the air off in a empty cabin. However when checkin is at 4pm and everyone is unloading their gea, it took it until after 9pm for it to start cooling down. The loft area stayed warm thru the night... Again we loved the whole area of Camp QYB! The guys that were available nearby were awesome and when we made calls needing help everyone was...

"We were in town for my oldest sons wedding and found this amazing property to enjoy our stay! The cabins were absolutely adorable. Comfy beds and all the amenities. The hot tub and for home was so much fun. Beautiful view to enjoy coffee in the morning! Great place. We will be back. "

However, it rained the whole time we were there, so we didn’t get to do everything this place has to offer. The vision the CEO has for this place is incredible. We will be back in late May. "
