This expansive 14-acre riverside sanctuary boasts a 2,200 square-foot log cabin enveloped in a scenic farm landscape with direct walk-in access to the pristine Brazos River. The home features four cozy bedrooms, two baths, dual living areas, and a spacious kitchen designed for large gatherings, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests in the Main House and opportunity to add on an additional 3 in the Small Cabin. Revel in ample space for camaraderie and relaxation.

Strategically situated only 18 minutes from the adventures of Possum Kingdom Lake, the Tournaments at Rocker B Ranch, and the quaint charm of Downtown Mineral Wells!

Kitchen and outdoor space was great. For our group the amount of bathrooms was fine, but with a large group would have not worked. Also the downstairs tub had an extremely slow drain. The lighting in the living area was very dim, we were doing a retreat so we used kitchen instead. I would also add on the need to bring list would be firewood. It was present in all pictures and not on the list so we didn’t bring any. We picked up some wood around the property, but still had to go in town to grab some. Outdoor area and property were excellent.

This is a lovely property. The surrounding land is serene. Lots of shade and space to place. Would be perfect for a family reunion or group holiday. Kitchen is huge. So many beds, so plenty of sleeping space. Quiet. Definitely a rural and peaceful setting. Property manager is very communicative and went out of her way to be helpful. Kitchen has most basic cookware and utensils. Plenty of cups and bowls. If you have a big group (like more than 10?) you might want to bring some extra spoons. Also, be aware there is no ice maker, so bring ice. Two fridges/freezer though. I only wish we could spend more time here!

A Home Run of a Family Getaway!

We just returned from our stay at this fabulous Virbo cabin, and let me tell you, it was a grand slam! We were there for a baseball tournament, but what truly made our trip special was the quality family time we spent together, completely unplugging from our busy city lives.From the moment we arrived, the communication with the cabin organizer was seamless. They ensured we had everything we needed, making the check-in process a breeze. The cabin itself was a charming retreat, perfectly situated to allow us to enjoy both the tournament and some much-needed relaxation.One of our favorite moments was cooking outside on the grill.and gather in the kitchen for family chats. We had a blast preparing meals together, sharing laughs, and enjoying the fresh air. It was a delightful way to bond and create lasting memories, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.The surrounding nature offered us a peaceful escape, and we enjoyed evenings filled with games and stargazing. It was the perfect blend of sports and family fun, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to make memories.I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to combine adventure and quality family time. It’s a definite must-visit!

Great Place For Rocker B!

We stayed here with 2 other families for a Rocker B Tournament. It was perfect. The boys loved the fishing and had plenty of room to run around. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. It will definitely be a cherished baseball memory for many years to come. We’re already talking about coming back for a family vacation.

Beautiful Property

We stayed here for Rocker B and had plenty of room for the kids and 3 families. The property was beautiful and the cabin had everything we needed. It was clean and the kitchen was enormous! I loved that it had 2 refrigerators and so much space. We enjoyed the fire and sitting outside. There were several lights out inside and outside but that wasn't a huge issue. There wasn't cell service so we did have a hard time contacting anyone when the front gate wouldn't open. But once we drove down a little ways we were able to get in touch. I would recommend it to anyone going to Rocker B.

Peaceful getaway

We LOVED the location. Beautiful peaceful views and set up well for a large group. We were in town for a baseball tournament. It was only about 18-20 minutes to Rocker B and was a very nice reprieve each night from the chaos of the days on the fields. We really enjoyed the large grassy area by the river for practicing pop flies and spent a good amount of time in the early mornings and evenings listening to the birds with a river view. The host communicated very well and we had a very smooth check in and check out process. We bbq’d one night and everything worked great. Patios were so nice to hang out on and the home was clean and inviting. Our only wish was for a few more basics to be stocked eg wine glasses, coffee, ice, foil, cutting boards. But there was nothing we couldn’t manage without and we were able to door dash a few things that we needed but didn’t pack. Overall, we highly recommend this property and will definitely be back. Maybe even when we aren’t in town for baseball so that we can spend more time on the river. Thank you for hosting us at this beautiful river retreat!

Good stay

Good stay. A little trouble getting in as the code was for the front door and then we didn’t have phone service. Floors were obviously recently cleaned and had a bad mop job residue (walking barefoot was ). Great location and would be wonderful to stay and enjoy the river front more!

Fishing and Fellowship Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at “RY2” this year and it is the third annual visit for me.We always appreciate the property and Brazos river access.Each time we notice the second sink in the kitchen has a super smell so we typically cover it up with a plate. We also noticed that previously individuals must have put away wet cutting boards because several of them were moldy.Aside from those, we really enjoyed the outside fireplace and leave firewood for the next guests to enjoy it as well.The put in at Rochelle’s for kayaking is quite the trek so we are always looking for a closer put in point to fish or simply kayak and end at this residence.

Great river experience

Best part for us was the spot on the river. Shallow enough for our 3 year old and 6 year old to stand in the water and walk around in mud boots and fish!
