« Un petit-déjeuner différent à chaque jour et de la variété. Bon emplacement. Le personbel parle un peu l'anglais et les chambres sont propres. Toutefois, le gymnase et la salle de déshabillage sont sales et rien ne fonctionne! Vraiment sale en plus et pas de savon dans les contenants ou il y a les douches. La serviette qu'on m'a donne était très tachée. Il n'y avait pas de clé pour ouvrir les casiers et aucun personnel. »

« The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. There is no need...

« The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Plumbing needs a complete overhaul…most importantly. Wifi is absolutely terrible. The rest is okay and can wait for the others to get fixed for now. An upgrade on the rooms looks way past due. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with. »

« Wir mussten bei der Ankunft über eine Stunde warten, bis ein Zimmer verfügbar war. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und ruhig, jedoch etwas reparaturbedürftig. Bei der Ankunft fehlten zunächst Handtücher, die erst nach Nachfrage bereitgestellt wurden. Nach dem zweiten Duschen lief das Wasser im Bad nicht mehr ab, sodass es leicht unter Wasser stand. Am nächsten Tag entwickelte sich dadurch ein unangenehmer Geruch. Das Frühstück war gut und die Betten waren bequem. Insgesamt haben wir nur eine Nacht...

« it was only a smoking room available with a queenbed and it smelled sooo ugly that we needed to change to a smaller room with two single bed. the breakfast was almost empty, they didn’t refill and some guest didn’t got any food. (still 1 hour before finish) it’s a disappointing experience but the hotel itself could be not bad if they treat everything a bit better and with more heart. »

« This property was a masdive disappointment..i arrived at night and reception unmanned with a phone number to call..but i had just arrived in the country with no phone service. Finally someone came and gave me a key..the smell hit me as i opened the door..awful stink coming from under the sink..old dirty rags wet through mopping up a leaky sink.the pillows stank of stale sweat..they needed throwing out..shower had hot water for 2 minutes then nothing and no soap or shampoo provided..the white...
