"Housekeeping didn't show up for five days. Only after I made a fuss when my family joined me. The toilet handle had to be held down for the entire looooong duration of every single flush. It never clogged, though - thankfully. The fitness center (cave) had one working treadmill. The breakfast was free, but not slightly good. My room door made a horrendous and loud screeching sound every time it was opened (no other rooms available). At the bar, if your drink doesn't come ready in a bottle, just don't ask. Worst Old Fashioned ever. The place seemed very understaffed for the amount of guests, but the staff was helpful or at least tried to be. Not the staff's fault, but the cherry on top was the night after my family joined me at the hotel, someone came pounding on our door at 3am confused about whether we were in his room or not. SPOILER: We weren't. We all got a very poor night's sleep during what was a stressful trip to begin with."

"I did not end up staying. Couldn't get my door open because it was jammed tight in the frame. The bed was on the cheapest frame with 5 legs and would literally slide across the floor since they were uncarpeted floors. The FIRE sprinkler was wrapped with masking tape since they painted, but the paint job was pretty poor. There was a family with kids a couple doors down but the walls were so thin it sounded like they were in my room. The room was just below standards !! The front desk attendant was very nice and knew his job and was very polite when I told him the problems and wanted a refund and was leaving."

"I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t."

"We were put in a room where the air conditioning did not work. When we brought this to their attention we were moved, yet it seemed like they were not surprised. We asked for an extra pillow and were told there should be one on the shelf of the closet, but there was only a blanket there. In our 2nd room there was also no extra pillow. There were not enough outlets in the room. The refrigerator, microwave, and tv were plugged into an extension cord. We struggled to find outlets to charge phones and ipads. The room was clean, yet needs electrical updating."
