"Parking was convenient and on site. Check in was easy but they adhered to a strict 3 PM check in. Whole property was very clean and looked brand new. Room was very clean. Staff was very nice. Buffet breakfast was good and there was plenty of seating. Would definitely stay here again."

Fort Pontchartrain Detroit, a Wyndham Hotel

8/10 Good
"This was a very solid hotel. Often times hotels around convention centers can be a little rough or the staff be unhelpful because they have a captive audience for events, but the Fort Pontchartrain Hotel was high quality and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous at every opportunity."

"I came for a concert with my husband and our toddler. This place was great! The staff was so nice, I don't remember her name- I think Bri'Ana (please forgive me if I'm wrong!) She was at the desk the day we arrived, went to the concert and came back, she was awesome. Overall the room was comfortable, clean, I would come back here no hesitation."

The Siren Hotel, an Ash Hotel

The Siren Hotel, an Ash Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"A Stunning 1920s Escape in the Heart of Detroit! If you want to step inside a time machine and experience the pure glamour of 100 years ago, you must stay at The Siren Hotel. Located in the historic Wurlitzer Building, this boutique hotel is a masterpiece of retro design and nostalgia. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the vintage antiques, terrazzo floors, and velvet curtains make you feel like you have stepped right into the Roaring Twenties. The attention to detail is incredible. The rooms are designed like cozy historic "jewel boxes" with mid-century furniture and beautiful custom-tiled bathrooms. The absolute highlight of the trip was visiting Candy Bar, the hotel's hidden cocktail lounge. The entire room is draped in floor-to-ceiling pink velvet and lit by a massive, breathtaking Murano glass chandelier. The drinks are just as magical as the decor—they taste like high-end, sophisticated twists on childhood candy flavors.Because it is a true historic property, the rooms are a bit smaller but the incredible atmosphere and unique soul of the place make it entirely worth it. It is hands-down the coolest, most stylish hotel in Detroit!"
