"This is truly a very lovely and special inn. Everything was clean and well kept, lawn and lawn games looked inviting, the shared reading spaces were peaceful. We just should’ve done our research beforehand, because we didn’t realize the restaurant was closed two of the three nights we were there. But we’re so happy we discovered this wonderful place!"

"Apartment was very clean. It was within walking distance of the commuter train to Boston which we wanted. The host was very helpful and parking easy. The kitchen was good and everything clean. We didn't get use the nice deck as it rained a couple days while we were there. We were a bit cold when the temps dropped but used extra blankets. The stairs are the hard part - very steep! Since we don't have a Smart TV it was confusing to use the huge TV. Instructions would be useful. We enjoyed our stay in Ipswich and would recommend this apartment in the heart of Ipswich!"

"Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!"
