"Was a great experience "

"Pool was closed. Big ordeal with a group of kids vomiting and coughing after swimming. EMS on scene. We specifically picked this hotel so the kids could swim. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable and very "squeaky". I was overall dissatisfied with the stay. "

"We had a wonderful two day getaway to the Crowne Plaza. We had a room with a view of the city and water, the pool was always just a few people swimming and the Staff were very pleasant. We did find a rotting orange and a couple other items under the beds. (Perhaps a once off), but other than that the room was very clean. A gentle suggestion would be to clean the pool area a little more, as there was hair on the bottom of the pool and some dirt where we sat at the chairs. Is there a plan to make the arcade more often accessible? It was closed when we were there. It was an excellent stay. Thank you for everything. "
