« This is a very small property indoors. The bathroom is a bit cramped with the washer & dryer in there, however, a combo washer dryer has been installed in the kitchen. There are only enough dishes for 4 people, but otherwise it has most everything you need for cooking. There were other guests staying next door and we made quick friends with them. The large backyard space is shared. We enjoyed a lovely BBQ with family in the back area. Beautiful view. »

There is a single fold out bed and two full size couches in the living room, we also found a single size foam pad and a mattress in the closets, and bedding. There are lots of closets and the old residence has been lovingly restored to maintain the old charm. »

« This was a great little get away spot for us. 2 good sized bedrooms and a comfy living room. Host was quick to respond when we could not get in (our fault). Front door was a little sticky to open but it had been raining a lot. Nice bathroom and a good hot shower! Kitchen had needed appliances for us. If anyone is a coffee drinker like us they have a 5 cup coffee pot. Stairs were not an issue for us and lights turned on as we went down them at night. »

« This home on the South Hill of Spokane was wonderful! We were in the area for my daughters graduation from Whitworth. It was a wonderful space to relax, hang out, and spend time with the new grad. It was very clean and the theatre room got plenty of use too. The South Hill area of Spokane is my go to for vacation rentals when coming to the area because of the quaint neighborhoods. Definitely the area to stay when visiting Spokane as there is not a lot available on the north side of Spokane. ...

"Séjour de transit entre le parc national glacier et Seattle nous nous sommes arrêtés à Spokane. De prime abord pas de soucis mais dans les petites lignes, parking payant (aucune information à l’accueil), petit déjeuner « inclus » qui s’avère en fait être un coupon pour le restaurant partenaire situé en face. Nous n’avons eu qu’un seul coupon pour deux et qui ne prenait pas en compte de boissons donc obligé de rajouter 15 dollars pour ce petit déjeuner inclus dans la prestation. "
