Parking in the area is kind of limited and the nearby streets are a little bit tight, especially if you're not used to Spokane. The property is to the right of the main entrance, which might not be immediately apparent from the listing, and there was a very cozy area by the hot tub with patio furniture and a barbecue. Futon was very comfortable. My friend mentioned that the mattress was on the firm side. Bathroom was a little tight, but clean and well maintained. ##### Scott H.
