« We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids aged 11 & 7) for 4 nights. It was a very enjoyable place to stay, within walking distance of everything Masham has to offer - and the Co-op was incredibly close! The twin room upstairs doesn't have a door so noise travels but once the kids were asleep it didn't affect them. We stayed during Feb, so the skylight in the main bedroom was not an issue for us. The lounge, bathroom (shower only) and kitchen were all modern / nicely done. »

« Perfect escape and perfectly placed to explore beautiful North Yorkshire and beyond. Surprise welcome pack with all sorts of delicious treats, even the dogs got one! Great circular walk by the stream from the doorstep and driving in any direction offered breathtaking views. The cottage was so tastefully presented and spotless throughout. « Lodges were bigger than we originally expected. Well equipped with everything you need for a quiet weekend, like utensils, washing up liquid, hand soap ect. Lots of storage space and hooks to keeps belongings out of the way. Lodges were a good distance apart so you had your own privacy which was great. Views were great and we loved watching the sheep from our veranda. The honesty box was a great touch to get some eggs in the morning and magic powder for the fire »

« A perfect place to stay after a long day's walk on the Nidderdale Way. The appartement was lovely and warm when we arrived and enjoyed a good hot shower in the shower room. The kitchen was small but everything we needed to make breakfast before starting the next leg of the walk, The bed was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Had a good meal and a couple of good pints in the Crown Inn which was only a 2 minute walk away. »

"Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par la jeune dame, et nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis comme à la maison. L'ambiance du pub est incroyablement conviviale, avec des locaux discutant joyeusement. C'est l'incarnation même du cosy anglais. Notre chambre était un véritable havre de paix. Elle était impeccablement propre, décorée avec goût dans un style moderne et épuré et offrait une vue à couper le souffle sur les collines verdoyantes. Le lit était confortable, et après une longue journée de marche, exactement ce qu'il nous fallait. Les petites attentions, comme [mentionnez les petits plus, ex: le plateau de thé et café avec des biscuits locaux et les articles de toilette de qualité, ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner le lendemain matin a été la cerise sur le gâteau, nous a donné l'énergie nécessaire pour notre prochaine randonnée. Ce qui distingue vraiment cet endroit, c'est l'atmosphère et l'attention du personnel. C'est plus qu'un simple hébergement, c'est une véritable immersion dans la culture locale. On sent la passion et l'engagement des propriétaires pour offrir une expérience mémorable."
