Plenty of information of the surrounding areas and clear instructions regarding bins, parking, check in and heating. Brilliant communication from the hosts before stay. We were asked to pay 2 different accidental damage waiver fees and spent hours on the phone trying to sort this out, we eventually got a refund for one of them.
