It is a beautiful self contained two bedroom flat that comfortably sleeps 4\. It has a large lounge to the front with Smart TV and dining table. 2 large sofas provide sufficient seating for four. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and wardrobe. The apartment has a modern kitchen with a number of electrical appliances for your comfort and is fully equipped for you own catering with twin oven, electric hob and dishwasher. The rear bedroom has a double bed and dressing table in the window. There is a single bathroom with toilet, basin and large shower. Travel Cot and High Chair are available on request for infants. There is access to the rear yard where there is a full sized locked garage which would be ideal for storing bikes, mobility scooters or contractors tools. Keys can be made available on request. The Neighborhood: South Cliff is a predominatly residentai area in the town just above the famous Spa complex on the seafront. There are pleasent walks down the cliffside to the complex and the rest of the seafront including the beach of South Bay. The cliff top walks along The Esplanade provides wonderful views of the bay and the town and down the coast past Cayton along the coastal path and on to Filey. There are a number of convenient shops and stores along Ramshill Road including Sainsbury's, Pizza Hut, Dahlia delicatessen and a number of takeaway outlets. Their is a golf course at the top of Filey Road and a delightful walk up to Oliver's Mount where the view from the top over the whole of Scarborough and up the coast to ravenscar is spectacular. ## Property amenities ### Internet - The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. You could walk to the Italian gardens and seafront easily within 10 minutes, and also accross the blue bridge into town in a similar time.
