The apartment has been completely renovated in 2013 and refurbished with both modern and original antique furniture. It is on the third and last floor of an historical building and for this reason there is no lift. Free Wi-Fi Internet is available in all parts of the apartment. As soon as you enter, you will be fascinated by the spacious entrance and the long corridor through which you can access all areas of the property. The apt is provided with a 22sqm, which is an added value as buildings in the area usually don't have external spaces. Both from the terrace and the dining room windows you can see Via Cola di Rienzo, Piazza Risorgimento, the Vatican walls and St. Peter's dome. The day area consists of a living room, with a double sofa bed, Satellite Tv, and a dining room with a very large table that can sit up to 10 people. A fully equipped kitchen completes the area, provided with oven, dish washer, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine. The night area is composed of three bedrooms: one is provided with two single beds, the other two have 2 doubled beds. The apt has 3 bathrooms, two provided with showers and one with a tub. Washing machine and dishwasher are available for our guests as well. When our flight was canceled she offered to move our days for us with no additional costs. Maria also allowed us a late check out, since she didn’t have anyone staying the day we left. The place was roomy and not the typical compact layout like most places in Rome, along with plenty of restrooms. The location was perfect and everywhere we wanted to go was in walking distance or available through the metro, which was a few blocks away. We want to go back in the next few years and plan to rent Maria’s beautiful home again. The accommodation was perfect for three couples and the terrance was a bonus to have. It did say it's on the third floor, and had 80 stairs to climb.
