Where do I begin? First and foremost, Irene was AMAZING. When I say amazing, I mean absolutely amazing. Even prior to us coming, she went above and beyond to answer any questions and assist with pre arrival information. She provided such a warm and welcoming environment there. There truly aren’t enough wonderful words I can say about Irene. So grateful she was there. I also cannot forget Gabriella. She was there on the last leg of our trip and she too went above and beyond to assist with airport transfers, etc. This hotel has some of the most exemplary, hard working amazing employees I’ve ever met in Rome and all of my international travels for that fact. Moving on to the hotel itself - I’ve stayed everywhere from local apartments to some of the most expensive hotels in Rome and I believe the Relais was my favorite. If location is as important to you, as it is to me, you will be so amazing surprised at how centrally located it is. Nearly every major tourist attraction is a very short distance from this boutique hotel. The Trevi Fountain is literally a stones throw from the hotel!! Our room was the quintessential, cozy, gorgeous Italian room. It was immaculate and spacious! It always smelled very fresh and clean too!! There’s an elevator for guests that need that and there are only a few stairs to access it but have no fear, they’ve got some remarkable staff to assist in getting your belongings to the lift! The rooftop bar/restaurant is a MUST SEE! Overall MAJESTIC!
