I really wanted to like this place, it’s conveniently located by Termini station. The rooms are nice, spacious with high ceilings but the washroom and shower is quite small. We had to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on when it was scorching out, and treated us like a nuisance when we asked. The girl seemed annoyed with us… not exactly friendly. The area is kinda sketchy at night compared to other parts of Rome. This wasn’t the best stay out of our two weeks in Italy.

Perhaps it's a European thing, but the half shower door didn't make any sense to me. It was impossible to have a shower and not completely soak the bathroom floor, even with the rainfall showerhead.

I really liked the friendliness of the staff, they were ready to help us any time of the day and night either by getting oriented on the map or giving us extra toiletries or getting our boarding passes on the cell phone and printing them.

The positive was the friendly male member of staff, the other staff member was not very polite. The room did not have a safe as advertised or a working TV remote, and whilst paying the base rate for a 2 person room as a single person, I was charged double to add another person to the same room bringing the total fee to considerably more than a 2 person room would be sold at. One member of staff agreed that there is not an additional fee for this but we were charged double anyway and the woman was very unhelpful. I appreciate that it is more expensive in the centre of Rome but the stay was no where near value for money
