The hotel is very clean and the staff were really helpful. There was a lot of road noise and you could hear everything outside the window constantly which made it very hard to sleep.

I really loved the hotel and will recommend it to my family! The Breakfast was amazing! My room was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly! Love that everything is near by! The metro, the bus station, shops and restaurants and taxis. Located in an excellent area. I will stay here again when I visit Rome in the future! Excellent hotel!

Worth booking for Rome stay

Pro: minutes to metro & bus, clean, good staff, great breakfast Con: no hot water kettle or coffee maker in room though the staff did lent us a kettle when asked. Wifi is not secure but connection is good. Not much food choice in the neighborhood.

When we arrived we did not get the room we paid for and they were not interested in the room description of what we had paid for through Expedia nor were they interested in our copies of the room description. Once in our room I went downstairs to advise them that the AC was not working and said they would look into it but they never did because when we returned late that night there still was no AC. Very inconsiderate. The evening staff did their job and confirmed that the AC was not working. They immediately sent someone who advised the front desk that we had to change room, the heat was unbearable. They changed our room and noticing all the inconsistencies with our booking the night person at the front desk upgraded our room and took care of us. The personnel working the day shift deserve a zero rating and I would never have people like that running my place. Will never go back there although I would give a 5 star to the evening personnel. By the way we arrived there a little earlier to check in and they seemed very irritated. They asked us to come back at 15:00, meanwhile some people were already checking in.

Hotel and room was clean. Staff were helpful. Room was spacious. No tea or coffee in the room. 5 minute walk to Laurentina metro station. About 30 minutes to city/Termini station. Breakfast was very good and had wide variety. Restaurant was also good for dinner. Our only concern was that we were provided with a type of room that was not in line with my booking and the staff said they were fully booked.

Okay. Missing some important things to be geat

Generally an okay experience. However, the air-condition did not work which resulted in being 27-30 degrees celcius in my room. Furthermore, the hotels did not have an iron or ironing board. They had a steamer which could be borrowed if 40 EUR were deposited.
