A absolute gem! Giardini Penelope Resort & Spa is a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by lush greenery and a beautifully serene ambience. The rooms are stunningly designed—the thoughtful touch of decorative books adds such a cozy, elegant charm to the space. If you are looking for a quiet, restorative getaway with incredible aesthetics, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Lovely, peaceful place with a relaxing atmosphere. Brunch was good! They offer food at set times during the day, but if you're outside those hours, there are very few options available. There are also not much restaurants nearby, so dining can be inconvenient. Unfortunately, the beds were not comfortable, and the walls were extremely thin - we could hear almost everything from neighboring rooms. That said, the peaceful surroundings make it a nice place to unwind and disconnect if you're looking for a quiet getaway / spa moment.

Lovely stay in Ciampino

The property has lovely grounds and beautiful rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing restaurant recommendations and making reservations. Internet was the only weakness.

My wife and I stayed for three days and the staff exceeded our expectations. We arrived too early and we were planning on exploring Rome until our check in time but my wife wasn’t feeling well after we landed. The staff made us breakfast and gave us another room to relax until our room was ready later in the day. Amazing food, heated pool and it was the most peaceful place to stay in. Very thankful for everyone’s hospitality.

Most amazing property. If you don't stay here you missed Italy This " palace" is phenomenal. From its beautiful old growth trees to its 4 swimming pools. A 500 year old gem. But what really made it special was the staff. Especially the manager. Olga went beyond and above in her service and helpfulness. Everyone there was friendly, cheerful and more than willing to serve in any way they could. Making my experience there the best it could possibly be.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
No Wi-Fi: The advertised Wi-Fi was completely unavailable throughout our entire stay. 2. Air Conditioning Not Working: The AC unit was out of order all night, making the room extremely uncomfortable. 3. Severe Safety Concern: The main front doors of the property were unlocked and accessible to anyone all night. Furthermore, it was completely impossible to reach any hotel staff or management to address this security hazard. Sleeping in an unsecure facility with broken climate control and no way to contact staff made our stay completely unacceptable and unsafe.

Un'oasi di pace a due passi da Roma. Camere arredate con stile e dotate di ogni comfort, pulizia impeccabile. Personale gentile e disponibile, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato il light lunch e le piscine saline.
