### Augustus Luxury Apartment

Luxury apartment in the center of Rome, near Spanish Steps. This lovely apartment is located at the first floor (without elevator) in an elegant building, a former convent, built in the beginning of the 17th century. The apartment has a view on the trees and large windows that welcome natural light. The 100 sq m apartment is nicely decorated with beams and is composed by a large hall, a wide living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Adsl. Communal courtyard, security door, satellite TV, DVD player, independent heating, buzzer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas range, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, linen and towels (with extra set). Not included in the price: utilities expenses and final cleaning. It is located only a few minutes walking from the metro station Flaminio and Spagna, which bring you directly to the Termini Station, to the Opera as well as to many other Roman monuments, like the bridge of the river Tevere that goes to Vatican City.
