It can host up to 6 people. The apartment is situated on the first floor without elevator of an historical building. It is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen . Two nicely finished double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and one with access to a balcony. The apartment has a second bathroom with a wide bathtube. Wi fi, air conditioning and smart TV included. Please read carefully because the manager would not accommodate us with a stay that was according to what was listed. Instead it was a sofa bed in a living room. He said we would lose our money and have to pay him for another place. Responsive and helpful hosts. Very convenient for the Vatican but also easy access to the rest of central Rome. The furnishings are a little sparse (the living room could use two more comfortable chairs, in our opinion) but overall my husband and two college-age children had a great time in this apartment and the location. Also, it would be nice if the restaurant recommendations provided in the host's binder of helpful information were 1) provided in advance so that reservations could be made and 2)focused on restaurants in the area, not just in Rome generally. We highly recommend the restaurant across the street, Vino & Peperoncino Ristorante Bistrot. We enjoyed a fabulous and unique meal there our final night in Rome. ##### Wendy J.
