Recently renovated, the apartment consists of two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms both with showers, a large living room of about 40 sqm—perfect for relaxing and entertaining—a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, and washing machine, and a balcony with a pleasant, quiet view. Thanks to its fourth-floor position and double exposure, the apartment enjoys excellent natural light throughout the day. The property is located on Circonvallazione Gianicolense, in a strategic position near San Camillo Hospital and just steps from pharmacies, supermarkets, various shops, and restaurants. Tram line 8 stops right in front of the building, providing quick access to Trastevere and the city center. Trastevere Station is about 1 km away, making train connections and travel to Fiumicino Airport convenient as well. Ideal for those seeking a spacious, functional, and move-in-ready home in a lively, well-served, and perfectly connected neighborhood.
