"The property is literally a minute away from the tram/metro so it was convenient. The host was very helpful and accommodating. The place was clean, and if they had a microwave oven it would’ve been complete! The only thing though is that we stayed there when the weather is really hot and the air conditioning in the living room was not enough to cool down the whole apartment, what we did was to move all 3 single beds from the room and we all slept in the living room. Otherwise it was a nice place...

Domenico was a great host with greeting us, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and he even called the taxi service for us to make sure they understood the reservation I made in Italian. There are some flight of stairs, but my husband I didn’t have trouble with them and you get a beautiful look at the water from one of the landing. Wonderful place to go after a busy day in Rome. There is no elevator but there is a luggage transporter to carry suitcases upstairs. At check in the lady was very nice but speaks very little english. She let us check in 4 hours early. She also called a taxi for the 3 of us to go to the airport. Also if you would like to eat somewhere there is not much...

"Beautifully renovated building that was a former kindergarten school. It is still working on renovations otherwise, i would have rated it a 5 for property and immediate area. It has a private beach and a nice seafood restaurant attached to the resort hotel. The staff are first class. The suites include full kitchens and clothes washers and shower."

"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "
