"It was a beautiful home and a lovely location. We were quite comfortable there, but it was unseasonably cold when we arrived and we were not given instructions on how to use the heat registers. In addition we were told that we would be charged an extra €40 for heat per day, beyond the days she identified as unseasonably cold which seems excessive. As it turned out the cold extended longer, and the landlord did not communicate with us about additional access to heat. We recommend that this issue...

"Restaurant service needs to improve. Dinner service was very slow and we had to ask twice for drinks, they just totally forgot about it. However food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was poor, not worth the price. We noticed a big group having breakfast before us, so basically we had to eat leftovers, for example only one piece of cheese was left and the staff didn't added more cheeses, scramble eggs were cold, not a good bread selection, no fruits. Nobody care to ask if we need something. "
