« Une horreure total !! Je suis arrivé sur place à 23h après avoir pris un taxi en urgence de l’aéroport car la réception de l’hôtel m’a appelé en le disant que si je n’arrivais pas avant 23 h , il fermait la réception et plus personne pour m’accueillir !! En arrivant la réceptionniste m’a donné ma chambre mais impossible d’y accéder car problème. Avec la serrure électronique qui ne fonctionnait pas !!! La réceptionniste n’a donc pas pu à ouvrir la chambre Et hôtel complet !!!! J’ai don du moi...

The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female...

"Chambre impeccable, très spacieuse et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Localisation parfaite à quelques pas de la place du Rynek. Présence de travaux à côté de l’immeuble mais tout semble fait par l’hôtel pour éviter les nuisances (et ça marche !). Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel, j’y reviendrai sans hésiter."

There are separate male and female saunas (the male sauna was unfortunately out of order during our stay). Room for improvement: The room cleaning schedule extends quite late (until around 5 pm). During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned because when we returned in the afternoon to rest, it still hadn’t been serviced."
