"Une seule personne était occupée pour la gestion. De ce fait, aucune surveillance des clients dont certains remettaient au buffet des aliments qu'ils avaient déjà emportés. Il s'agissait d'un couple étranger à la Pologne, avec deux grands enfants dont la demoiselle est venue en bas culotte.....Si le restaurant dispose d'une caméra, jeudi de la Noël vers 09h30', vous pourrez vérifier la véracité de mes dires. "Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Fantastic breakfast with a great choice and excellent quality. Drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.) are served at the table or available for self-service. Omelettes and pancakes can be ordered at the counter and are freshly served at the table. The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female saunas (the male sauna was unfortunately out of order during our stay). Room for improvement: The room cleaning schedule extends quite late (until around 5 pm). During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned because when we returned in the afternoon to rest, it still hadn’t been serviced."
