« Arrived just after 10PM. Check-in was good. Our room was terrible! Extremely damp and had an overpowering musty aroma. AC did no good and contributed to the bad aroma. The pillows and linens were damp as a result of the extreme humidity in the room. There appeared to be a desktop dehumidifier present that was not working. Carpet was old and puckered in places. Walls were damaged from PTA which I recorded on my phone. Toilet did not flush, however I was able to fix that. Hot tub did not work. I...

« I booked on Expedia 11 months in advance and requested a joining rooms with the other room I booked. Called the property at the time also and then called the property a week in advance confirming.
One room was booked with a joining rooms capabilities but the other on a different floor. They were able to move us to the same floor but still not the same. Clearly with a little planning we could have been accommodated since the people on the other side of the a joining room didn’t request it. »
