« Clean . No instructions for coffee maker , we never figured it out had to go out to find coffee. That was my only complaint. Easy to get to tubing and waterpark that makes it easy . Oh also you should upon check in let people know not to keep there card key near any car keys or phones . We got locked out once . »

« We never received the check-in instructions. We had to reach out to the host on the ride to the property. When we finally got the instructions and went to the office, we were asked if we wanted to change our room because the room that we had booked and saw pictures of was going to lose power during our stay. Of course we opted for a different room. All in all very confusing at the beginning, but the property was OK. »

« This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do. »

« Great place for the cost. We were not put in the exact unit we reserved. The unit we reserved was pictured as right next to the ski/bike area. We were there for a bike race. So, being close to that was a main reason I booked it. The unit they ended up putting us in was on the golf course and a decent drive from the bike race. So that was disappointing. The place could use a little TLC and updating. But again, for the price, I’ll take it. »
