"This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do."

"It was even better than what I was expecting. Everything was perfect except for the WiFi being down while we were there. Cellular still worked well on our phones and having DirectTv was brilliant given the fact it does not need WiFi. The communication details for checking in and checking out were extremely difficult to find, there’s no heads-up about what email address the confirmation is coming from, and the toll free number to call took me around in circles, left me on hold for a long time...

8/10 Good

"I would have given it a 5 stars but unfortunately we got locked out of our unit about 3 times during our stay due to faulty and sensitive keys. Staff was helpful and security came all times quite quickly but the manager did insist it wasn’t their fault and likely user error which I wasn’t thrilled about. The least they could do is apologize for the inconvenience and offer alternatives to guarantee it wouldn’t happen again."

"We had a great week in the mountains. The house had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, and even spices!The bed was very comfy, too. We enjoyed the deck with the grill just outside of the kitchen, and was very convenient when making meals. We had a few rainy days, but enjoyed lounging on the couch watching movies, and we put a puzzle together, too!It was just the two of us staying here, but this is a great house for families to enjoy!"

"I always stay at The Village Inn on my road trips Atlanta-Philadelphia and it is always an excellent choice for an economic stay. The rooms are always clean, there is a fridge and microwave, good TV and internet, ice machine, and a friendly check-in without any issues. It's a perfect place to stay when driving because it's close to Route 81 and the town. It's also in a quiet and peaceful location within the beautiful Shenandoah Valley."

"Initial impression: Property is exactly as described. We appreciated the gated porch and fenced-in yard for our dog, who is blind. We enjoyed the hot tub, but it was over-filled when we arrived. It has 4 seats but appears to prefer a water level that is better suited to 2 people.The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the living room is comfortable. The kitchen was in a bit of disarray - things were not in their labeled drawers/cabinets, but we found everything we needed with a little rummaging. It looked like the cleaners had sprayed cleaner on the appliances, but hadn't wiped them down. We found cleaner in the cabinet and wiped things down ourselves. It very much seemed like common areas received just a surface clean between guests, but the bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The only bedroom complaint is that the downstairs master suite had 2 air fresheners set on their highest setting when we arrived and the scent was overpowering. Also, there is a dehumidifier in the basement suite that needs to be regularly emptied that wasn't mentioned by the owners.Overall, we enjoyed hanging out here in the evenings and really liked all the windows in the living room. The kids enjoyed the game room, and everyone liked trying out the massage chair. The house is comfortable, and it was easy to confine our blind dog to the first floor for her safety while we were out. I believe her favorite part was lying on the cool tiles and the enclosed porch :)"
