« Beautiful area and nice property amenities. When we arrived the condo was clean and tidy. The condo it was up three stories of stairs and the main bedroom and bathroom was down stairs which wasn’t ideal with two young children. The walls were pretty thin as we could hear pretty much everything our neighbor was doing as I’m sure they heard us as well which left us constantly trying to be on our p&q’s. « The lodging was good other than a few items. Check in is late at 5pm. I originally thought it was 4pm which seems late still. There was very little hot water. We were assigned a room on the bottom floor and the family with young kids above us were jumping around early in the morning. I’m not sure how to pick a top floor but that would have been better. « My only real complaint is an issue with the tub. My young son was so excited to use the big tub however there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it enough to use the jets. May need to consider a larger hot water tank or something. The water would get cooler with multiple showers too. The tub issue was very disappointing. »

« This property felt like a hotel room, even though it had a kitchen and separate bedroom and living area. The couches were very uncomfortable and the TV remote only just worked. Very spotty performance from the WIFI, also, as I ended up using my phone as a hotspot (it is an open WIFI with no PW). "Nous avons passé 3 nuits début juillet 2025 à Skyland, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Elle disposait de tout le nécessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, et surtout une superbe terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes de Shenandoah : un vrai bonheur au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur du parc, parfait pour rayonner sur Skyline Drive et profiter des randonnées sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Sur place, tout est prévu pour un séjour pratique et agréable : restaurant, bar, boutique, machine à glace, parking gratuit… (Seul petit point à noter : il n’y a pas de piscine, mais franchement, on ne vient pas ici pour ça !). Nous recommandons chaudement Skyland à tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de Shenandoah NP dans un cadre naturel, calme et authentique. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !"
