« The listing states unit has AC/heating, however the thermostat controls are not accessible. You had to message the host. Went out and came back after several hours and unit was warm and stuffy. Also, has to message host about linen for pullout sofa. When the linen was dropped off it did not include pillow/pillowcase. « They made excellent use of the space. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean.m overall. Location was very convenient to High Point University. Host was super responsive to all requests. There is a form to fill out the four check-in. Make sure you don’t miss that because you won’t get the code without that. « I’ve stayed here twice, in summer and winter, and both times were great. It’s easy to control the temperature and ceiling fans to keep the apartment comfortable. There’s a lot of light in the daytime which I love, and a huge deck with seating outside in the shade of nearby trees. Parking is easy, but guests should know the apartment is up a flight of stairs so this unit wouldn’t be appropriate for someone that might have trouble with stairs.
