« Condo was nice - great location. Lacking in basic amenities like shower soap, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper, coffee pods. Cleanliness of bed linens was questionable. Parking instructions not exactly accurate. Communication with host prior to the stay regarding cost of the unit were cryptic and unsuccessful. »

« This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. « Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids! »
