« We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. Also, there was a lot of pet hair on the bed. My wife was pregnant so she was physically nauseous due to the smells and we had to leave. Management promised us a refund, but later the story changed and...

« Host was quick to respond to any issues. It was very quiet and staff was nice. Room had a few issues, tub wouldn't stop so couldn't bathe the baby. Previous guest let toiletries and medication in a draw of thw vanity. A hazard for a child. Host apologized. First time a host asked that you take any used garbage bags out and placed in an outside bin. »

« It’s a great and convenient spot. As some other reviewers have noted, it’s a bit dated. But that’s ok. The one thing I think the hotel could/should do that would instantly elevate it in spite of it being a bit dated is to invest in some new sheets. The sheets were that very thin and worn old cotton so (though clean) just don’t feel fresh. Some nice new cotton sheets would have made all the difference. I will give five stars for ease of installation for the evening and the breakfast on the patio...
