« The proximity to Watkins Glen was exceptional. We were able to get to the Watkins State Park is just about five minutes. Where we were able to enjoy our hike and visit to the lake water front and downtown area. The staff was helpful, we stayed two nights, the staff cleaned the room while we were away and provided us with extra towels. Parking was plentiful and the property was quiet in the evening. « As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. »

« Les plus : une vue splendide sur le lac avec une piscine et une terrasse très confortables. Les moins : l’odeur des moquettes dans les chambres. L’hôtel accepte les chiens mais la moquette n’est pas du tout adaptée ! En entrant dans notre chambre il y avait une odeur de « chien mouillé » très désagréable. Et pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer… Le petit déjeuner propose pas mal de choses mais tout est proposé dans des assiettes en carton, des bols en carton, des verres en plastique...

« The place looks pretty regular but then I walked in the room and it was very nice! It was studio apartment style with a jacuzzi in the room. It was amazing just like a hot tub. Bed was kinda bouncy though ago it was kinda meh. But other than that, it was lovely and we had a small breakfast in the morning. The innkeeper did her best all on her own and was really nice as well. Overall great for the price and peaceful even being next to a road. »

« Au 1er abord, ce n'est pas très positif. L'emplacement au milieu des fast food, la proximité d'une grande route... Finalement, c'était calme la nuit. La chambre est grande. L'extérieur du motel comme l'intérieur auraient besoin de rénovations. Pas de PdJ. Bon rapport qualité/prix »

« So disappointing for our anniversary! The room was filthy, and it smelled like mold! We absolutely froze! We had turned the heat on, but still had to utilize the hot water from the shower, and the microwave in the room to warm it up! Definitely not worth what we paid! »
