"The house was beautiful with perfect location on the beach and close to town and several great restaurants. The beach was very quiet and it felt like a private beach. Stunning views. "Wonderful house with a gorgeous beachfront location. Excellent, quiet and very relaxing part of the island. Very nice pool and outdoor areas with pleasant seating. Lots of space and bedrooms and bathrooms. Very nicely appointed house with good furniture and decore, and a well stockwd kitchen. Downstairs has great array of fun games for all ages: pool table, table tennis, air hockey, ski ball, arcade game, darts and so on. "This is a beautiful house right on the ocean. We walked along the beach every morning, without seeing many people. The view from the house is breathtaking. The house has great bedrooms and bathrooms, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Our boys loved the foosball table upstairs. The location is great, within walking distance to Tippys, where we ate almost daily. This was one of our family's favorite vacations."

"Beautiful location! House was spacious and perfectly located! My family was able to snorkel at the house and see an abundance of sea animals! Before arriving, Diana answered all our questions quickly. During our stay, we had a few minor issues/requests and Charles took care of us quickly! Diana cared about our stay and Charles was very nice and helpful! "

"We had one of the best vacations ever at Sungate.The beach is gorgeous, and we had it entirely to ourselves. The near constant breeze and large shaded patio ensured it was pleasant to sit on the beach or poolside all day even in the middle of summer. We barely spent any time inside! It was so nice I even slept outside a couple nights so I could fall asleep listening to the waves and looking up at the stars.The house itself is well maintained, well stocked, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It's a great place to relax, and downstairs is set up with all kinds of fun activities.Marco and Yani are fabulous hosts. Marco immediately responded to all our questions both before and during our trip. He even reached out proactively to let us know about a short power outage on the island (which we didn't even notice because the house has solar panels and a battery backup). When we asked them if they had a karaoke machine they overnighted us one! We were fortunate enough to meet them on the last day of our trip and they're just as nice in person.Eleuthera is a wonderful place, and we'll definitely be returning. When we do, Sungate will be our first choice for where to stay."

"This was our first time on the island and this was the perfect location for my family. It is central to everything in the island and that beach…….it was perfection. My kids spent hours snorkeling all around Ten Bay. The house had everything we needed and the views were to die for. We will be back!!!!!!"

"We stayed at Coconut Cove in Eleuthera from June 11th to the 20th, and I can honestly say it was the best experience of my life in the Bahamas. The home is absolutely beautiful—immaculately maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like our own private piece of paradise. The attention to detail throughout the house made it clear the owners truly care about their guests’ comfort and experience. If you’re considering a trip to Eleuthera, don’t hesitate—Coconut Cove is where unforgettable memories are made. I can’t wait to return"

"Wonderful home. The breeze through over the pool was wonderful. The no-see-ums were irritating but the breezeway kept them mostly away. We had 12 adults, and the bedrooms are set up nicely as individual master suites. The lagoon has very good snorkeling. Clouds of minnows, some coral fish, barracuda, turtle and 2 small sharks were seen. Snorkel under the overhangs at low tide and at high tide check out the mangroves. The kayaks and paddle boards were greatly appreciated. Erin the gold crested night heron visited us every day. The house is on google maps so easy to find. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators and 2 washer dryers. Had a great time."
