Located within the Four Points Marina Village Development, this new cottage has 1,100 square feet of indoor living space and 1,200 square feet of wrap-around decks. Sand Dollar Cottage has 2 king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Sand Dollar has a single rollaway bed for additional guests. There is also a powder room off the living room. The spacious living room has seating for 8 and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances. Amenities include WIFI, cable TV, a washer and dryer, and an outdoor gas grill. Wild Orchid Waterfront Restaurant is located a short 2 minute walk away and Sand Dollar is conveniently located within walking distance to the main shopping plaza with a fully stocked supermarket, liquor store and an international commercial bank. Your boat can anchor just off Four Points where there is a dinghy dock. Because so many guests are working remotely these days, we recently increased the speed of the service at Sand Dollar to 105mb/s! We had dinner two nights at Frigate’s, next to the rental, and it was pretty good food. The “concierge” service was super helpful because we arrived on a holiday and everything was closed. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our visit to Eleuthera was 2/3/24-2/17/24\. Everything about the Sand Dollar Cottage was amazing! VERY clean! Well equipped with more than what you need. Close to the market, which is so nice! We enjoyed being able to spend some days down at the waterfront using Frigate's restaurant as our place for lunch and drinks throughout the day. The location is on the southern end of the island, so keep that in mind. We didn't really have a sense for the location before our visit. Rock Sound is a wonderful area with many things to see and do. Chandra and Thomas were wonderful in their responses to any questions we had or needs for the cottage. I highly recommend Sand Dollar Cottage and hope to visit again in the future! ##### Debbie B. The property was exactly as described, but much bigger than I expected. The house had everything we needed - every utensil, blankets, soaps and towels. It even had scuba equipment! It was spotless too. It is next to the Frigate restaurant/bar so got a bit rowdy in the evenings, but never past 10pm. The Frigate did have really good food! I would stay here again. ##### Susan A. The sand cottage is nestled in between a few great restaurants and markets so perfectly convenient. Everything is electric, including the stove, so you can't even cook and eat.
