"Great location, but room was dirty. There was a huge wad of hair under the TV and dust on the night stands. Asked if there were any other rooms facing the bay and they said no. Staff said they would send housekeeper to clean immediately and we waited over an hour and they still hadn’t gone. They hadn’t notified housekeeper when they said they would because the lady at the front desk “forgot” and when we went to ask, they finally did. Other than that, the stay was ok. There was a lot of street noise with cars and motorcycles revving their engines."

"“Breakfast” was coffee we had to request (pot was empty) and a cellophane wrapped muffin. Period. The room had a wad of hair on the dirty, warped vinyl floor. Under the AC unit, the floor was spongy and depressed 3-4 inches. There were outlets with no covers, and the clock didn’t work. The couch was stained and the bathtub had mildew in the grout. There was a live roach. In order to have the dishes, pots, coffee pot, etc., I had to leave a $40 cash deposit. I took those back the next morning because I couldn’t bear to use them. The refrigerator had no adjustable knobs and froze my water bottles and cream stored on the door. The television never received signal for the two nights we were there, though 3 times the staff or “tv repairman” came up to fix it. The opening screen said “Embassy Suites Hotel” which was laughable. There was a single luggage cart, but getting it through the door was impossible for one person since the door had to be held open from the back while simultaneously lifting the front wheels up and over a 1-2” threshold. The sheets were a dingy gray instead of white. I am bound to be forgetting something! Suffice it to say, this place should be renamed the Never Again LAST Resort."

"During breakfast one of the ladies turned off the lights and shut everything down early while my family was in the middle of fixing their breakfast. She started arguing with my family member and then threw away her food that was in the toaster. Mind you other guests were destroying the dining hall but that wasn’t us. We waited our turn to fix our plates got down there with 20 mins to spare and we were still disrespected. We asked to speak to a manager 3 separate times and no one ever reached out as we were told. Very disappointed in this staff members behavior and that management never responded. "

"Great stay. Close to all the activities i came to do. Nice views and the bar at the top is very romantic."

"The property overall needs maintenance and upkeep. Pieces of flooring missing in elevator, wiggly bathtub faucet, damp humid feeling in the hallways, two of the three ice machines not working. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay and have low expectations, this is your place!"
