"I truly hate to leave this review but here we are. The hotel is ran down, the floors are filthy, the ceiling tiles have water damage and are warped. The hotel room needs a ton of work two of the outlets didn't work. The bathroom was falling apart and needs major help. The AC unit sounds like a lawn mower and is super loud. The pool now that's a whole other issue. Two of the three doors didn't work to get into the pool. No pool towels, the ceiling had tiles barely hanging on by a thread, the pebble flooring was loose and breaking apart. The pool had ants in it and was filthy. The hot tub was drained while we were there and smelt like septic tank. It was rinsed out and refilled but it still smelled in there."

"Breakfast was sad-looking. I tried the scrambled eggs , which did not taste like eggs-very watery. Room had comfortable bed, but carpeting in room was like walking on concrete. It took me several tries to turn on the water to the bathtub, very hard to turn- I thought I would break the handle. The staff was great- very friendly and helpful. But the place was just weird."

"The staff was incredibly helpful. I forgot a wine opener and they had one to use. Then our room temp kept going up and they got us a new room. Great service!"
