They state on their page that the shuttle runs every half hour, that is a LIE, it runs once an hour, at exactly the top of the hour. I called three minutes after 8pm and was told they could not pick me up until 9, because that is when the shuttle would run again. The checkin staff were rude and unhelpful, they tried to refuse my credit card until I got angry and insisted that they do so. The rooms are noisy, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you. The property was just ok, definitely not like the Hyatt hotels I've stay in before. This stay left a bad taste in my mouth, to the point that I will make a point of not staying in a Hyatt owned property again." I’d recommend brining extra socks/slippers to wear around. Stayed here twice so far for two different events in downtown and was very a convenient walk. Good amount of parking. We stayed in March 2026 and half of the rooms seem to be under renovation (inside rooms facing pool). Overall nice stay for the price and staff were kind and accommodating."
