"So many choices on the Outer Banks but this review had all the things we look for. Hotel was safe and quiet, and it was off the road, the Hwy is busy and you will hear noise if your in one of the hotels that are on the Hwy. Clerk was very nice too. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area."

"I arrived in the evening, my room was ready. I got checked immediately, our room was clean and comfortable. Living area w/mini kitchen and sleeping area was a good size. Breakfast area was kept stocked and clean and the coffee was good and hot. Best of all the hotel is located directly on the beach, great for a morning walk with your coffee to start your day."

"The room was updated and cute decor. Had microwave, fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven in the room. Older motel that was clean. It was self Check in and was not very smooth in our case. No one was on property and instructions on how to obtain the code for our room was not very clear. We booked through a third party so did not receive check in instructions. "Typical beach hotel, right on the beach, few steps you are on the sand, very friendly staff , helped me even check in early, has full breakfast in the mornings, despite the weather i loved it, building looks older, but the rooms are updated and nice, very very comfy bed"

"Great location, Affordable. Restaurants close by, Pier, convenience store walking distance. Gas 1/2 mile. Parking is tight and limited. 3 story building with NO elevator. No pool."

"Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!"
