"Having rented many houses in this area this by far was the best! Cheryl was one of the most considerate and helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. The house was immaculate and so well stocked from everything from paper products to towels. I was especially impressed by the well stocked kitchen. Ample supply of pots pans dishes etc. pool area is beautiful and clean. So enjoyed our vacation and hopefully staying at your home again. Thank you Cheryl!"

"This rental was a real home where the owner cared for the guests with both the amenities and communication. The heated pool and hot tub were so welcome after enjoying the Tampa area. I highly recommend this rental because it was conveniently located to downtown Tampa’s food scene and Steinbrenner field where we took in a Yankees Spring training game. "Property was easy to find and plenty of space for our group of 4. Pool was cold but clean and the kids enjoyed it. Saw dolphins and manatees swiming in the river and caught quite a few fish from the dock. Overall everyone enjoyed their stay."

"The host was awesome at communicating and ensuring we didn’t need anything. The apartment is not luxury but very accommodating for what we needed and enough space for everyone to chill out. There is only one tv in the home which was a slight issue considering we had our children with us. But they were able to use tablets and had great WiFi in the apartment. Beds were comfortable and access to a kitchen to cook dinners was convenient as well. Would stay again for a short trip."
