Riverfront Park Tours and Activities

For the price we paid, we expected more. First room we were put in had broken windows and had a very smokey/stale smell. We asked to be moved. The second room had paint chipped off many walls and a hole in the wall. The sink was plugged and would not drain. The toilet paper roll holder fell off the wall. The light in the bathroom was non-usable it was so dim. The last night of our stay the electrical outlet that had a c-pap plugged into it stopped working in the middle of the night. The main room lights flickered until they came on and the curtain blinds would not open. The windows would not say open either. We also had to get maintenance to fix the lock on the front door as it would not lock. We did speak to staff and they corrected as much as they could but it was still quite disappointing for the money we paid. All in all, we would not stay here again.

Currently under renovations, room was new and clean, the rest of the property is what’s to be expected for renovations

Every thing was great, we arrived late nobody at the desk and did Not have number for the residents. He eventually came out we were almost worried that nobody would show up. It worked out.
